Negative: Road. Streets are not in the good shape, so it was not comfortable to drive to the accommodation. Of course, that is not issue related to the residency, that is local traffic issuee.

Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable and there were flys/dead flys all over the walls. The shower door was hanging off.

Negative: The room was very small, no fridge, air-conditioning was not working. Despite asking for a queen bed, we had two single beds pulled together. All the swimming pools were not included in the price.

Positive: The hotel is located in a very beautiful area and is well maintained. It would be a great hotel for family vacation. The restaurant is tasty and serves locally produced food.
Negative: We were staying in the hotel for work purposes and in terms of that it was a nightmare! Their internet is extremely bad, I wasn’t catching a signal neither on the wifi or the mobile internet, so I couldn’t do my work properly. Also the sockets in the room are of an old model and the thick electrical forks of computers can not enter (I provide pictures). It would have been helpful to have adapters in the room but there was none and since we were returning from Cosmoprof at about 20:00-20:30 there was no-one to whom to complain. Their reception works only until 19:00! They provided me with an adapter on the third day of stay, but I couldn’t use the computer for 3 days! The restaurant also does not have enough places to accommodate all the guests of the hotel, so you need to make a reservation in advance!
Summary: I wouldn’t come here for work!

Positive: Amazing place and amazing peiple. The lady at the reception has been so sweet to satisfy my request of having a closer room and explain jow tonuse the facility. Tje restaurant wqs amazing, grat food, courtesy with nice and professional staff. The facility is great and worths a visit. Clean and cosy room. Unfortunately the area has been flooded during our stay. They have been assisting, helping, they worked hard all night to restore cleanness and be able tp serve breakfast. Thwy also gave us a considerable discount because due to the flooding we weren't able to use all the services booked. Amazing place to visit and enjoy.
Negative: Nothing wrong to report, everything was higher than my expectations.
Summary: Cosy place that makes you feel well looked after and even spoiled

Positive: We loved our room/studio in Molino, the old watermill building. It is disconnected from the main site, about 1km, but gives spaces and feels like a real and cosy agriturismo. It also gave the possibility to play football on the grass. The breakfast was nice, food in the restaurants is good and except for one of them not expensive. We loved the waterpark.
Negative: We didn’t like the matras in our bed, felt like sleeping on an airbed with two people of different posture. When checking in we got the ‘advise’ to make a reservation in the restaurant, otherwise we wouldn’t been able to eat. This was the most expensive restaurant on site. The other restaurants didn’t need reservation. It would have been nice if we were given a choice.
